We have today learnt of the sudden death of our dear friend Graham Davidson.
Davo has been involved with Tattenhall Cricket Club since the early eighties, initially as a competitive all rounder (pace and hard hitting cavalier batsmen) and latterly as a canny slow bowler and hard to dislodge latter order batter.
Always good value in the dressing room (and bar), Davo was committed in everything he did, and when he was less able to compete, he became a very fair and competent umpire.
He was always prepared to contribute to the club, managed junior teams for several seasons,and was League rep in recent years.
Our thoughts are with his family at this tragic time. |
