Indoor nets have started at Tarporley (Mondays 7-8.30pm) for Under 13s and older. We have 5 members on a coaching course pre season, and this will ensure we maintain and improve our ability to provide the best opportunities and experiences for young players.
Our Under 11 team has been switched to the South Cheshire Cricket League, which we believe will be more competitive and hence aid the development of some outstanding young players.
Registration day will be on CricketForce day 27th March at the club from 10am and all juniors are welcome to come and register, help where needed and weather and ground conditions permitting, have some cricket!
Outdoor training begins on;
Tuesday 6th April for Under 18s (with seniors).
Thursday 8th April for 13s/15s (6.15pm - 8.00pm)
Saturday 10th April for 9s and 11s (10am - 12 noon)
At a recent junior committee meeting it was agreed that our duty of care to young players would be enhanced by having a photograph attached to the Junior Parent Consent form. Further details to follow. |
